Payment Terms

All course fees for studiofluxa flexible studio production workflow courses must be paid in full in Australian Dollars prior to commencement. Accepted payment methods include credit card and bank transfer.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. A full refund will be issued if a course is cancelled by studiofluxa. Partial refunds may apply for cancellations made more than fourteen days prior to the course start date, less an administration fee.

No refunds are available for cancellations within fourteen days of the course start date or for non-attendance.

Course Transfers

Course transfers to alternative dates or sessions are permitted subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.
